The Christmas holiday, reflected in the music of the most famous scores of Italian pre-classicism, Concerto grosso op.6 no. 8, „Per la Notte di Natale” by Arcangelo Corelli, in the romantic story of the ballet „The Nutcracker” by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, in the soundtracks of our favorite films, „Home Alone”, „The Polar Express”, „How the Grinch Stole Christmas”, or in the simple songs, which give us through their optimism, the state of well-being and beauty of this time of miracle and love, is the reason for the meeting on Thursday evening, December 11, 2025, with the great family of the Philharmonic.

The magic of the holidays returns to the Arad Philharmonic stage! Q Band and the Arad Philharmonic, together with special guests, are preparing a show full of emotion and energy: Christians, Christmas has arrived. The most beloved Christmas carols and melodies – Romanian and international – re-orchestrated by Onișor Rodilă and conducted by conductor Laurențiu Muntean.

– CHRISTMAS GALA – Under the Stars brings to Arad actors like Maia Morgenstern, Marius Bodochi, Diana Ionescu and Cezar Ionescu, accompanied by the Liber Artis Iași Symphony Orchestra, under the baton of Roxana Zaharia, and the ballet of the Romanian National Opera in Iași.

Under the magical charm of the winter holidays, on Friday, December 5, from 7:00 P.M., an exceptional show will take place at the “Ioan Slavici” Classical Theater in Arad, in which deep emotion, elegance of performance and the joy of the holidays merge into an unforgettable evening. Every moment of the evening will be a unique artistic experience, meant to delight the senses and warm the souls of the audience.
