Subotica Half Marathon
Location: Starting point – City Hall Square, Subotica
Start your run from the square in front of Subotica’s City Hall, passing by the National Theatre with its Corinthian columns, the Raichl Palace, and pay tribute to Ivan Sarić and Alexander Lifka, pioneers of aviation and cinematography in Serbia. Get acquainted with literary greats like Dezső Kosztolányi and Géza Csáth, and historic figures such as Emperor Jovan Nenad. Run past the Olympic Fountain, which bears the names of Subotica’s Olympic medalists, and become a part of the city’s rich history. This year, the start times are staggered to ensure a smooth flow and a more enjoyable experience for all participants. The Half Marathon and the 10 km race start at 08:00, while the 5 km race begins at 08:25.
