Kayak Regatta – Kanjiža
Location: Tisa Riverbank bb, 24420 Kanjiža
The traditional Kayak Regatta is organized by the “Bratstvo” Kayak Club on the banks of the Tisa River, near the Štrand in Kanjiža. The history of kayaking in Kanjiža dates back to 1968, when the club was founded in premises provided by the local sport fishing association. Today, the club operates from a newly constructed kayak center located on the Tisa riverbank, in a well-maintained yet natural setting.
The competition includes multiple disciplines, in accordance with the rules of the Serbian Kayak Federation, and concludes with an award ceremony honoring the top participants.
