In Szeged, an advanced food industry was created for the agricultural production in the area. In addition to its world-famous salami production, it is also known for its paprika production and processing. In the region, prime vegetable production and advanced poultry processing take place in Szentesen, onion production in Mak\u00f3n, and porcelain and scale production in H\u00f3dmez\u0151v\u00e1s\u00e1rhely.<\/p><p>Krass\u00f3-Sz\u00f6r\u00e9ny County (Romania):<br \/>Area: 8514 km2<br \/>Population: 331 thousand people<br \/>It is one of the most forested counties in Romania, located in the south-western part of the country. 65.4 percent of the county is made up of mountainous areas. In addition to its traditional agricultural and technological development, it is one of the oldest centers of iron and steel industry in Romania. Most of the traditional food industry sectors process locally produced raw materials.<\/p><p>Vojvodina Autonomous Region (Republic of Serbia):<br \/>Area: 21506 km2<br \/>Population: 2 million 032 thousand people<br \/>Its population, which is primarily engaged in agricultural production, produces wheat, corn, sugar beet, canola, sunflower, hemp and hops.
